Just a friendly reminder to keep your Taco Bell receipt somewhere safe after you pay.
You need the receipt that contains the 16-digit survey code in order to fill it out and participate.
If that’s not the case, you’ll need information like the date, time, and Taco Bell shop number.
The minimum age to participate as an adult is 18. Anyone under the age of eighteen cannot participate in the survey.
Only permanent residents of the 50 states or DC may submit their responses to this poll.
There is a limit of one survey per participant per transaction receipt.
Please fill out the survey no later than seven days after your Taco Bell visit.
